The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for May 1:
Export floor: Offers 155,750 tons of bitumen and 250 tons of insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 56,996 tons of polymers as well as 192,900 tons of vacuum bottom and bitumen.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,823 tons of rebar basket, 5,000 tons of iron sponge and 20,000 tons of steel slab type C.
Agriculture floor: Offers 169,000 day-old chickens, 7,600 tons of sugar, 19,000 tons of wheat and 14,552 tons of feed corn as well as 23,600 tons of colza.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 300 tons of sugar and 2,000 tons of sugar beet molasses and 75 tons of furosilcium.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
