The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for May 6:
Export floor: Offers 6,000 tons of sulphur and 2,800 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 160,433 tons of polymers, chemicals, vacuum bottom, bitumen and lube cut oil as well as sulphur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,165 tons of wire copper, 2,000 tons of cathode copper and 20,000 tons of low-grade copper as well as 12 tons of precious metal concentrates, 140 tons of sulphur molybdenum, 330 tons of rebars and 5,000 tons of sponge iron.
1,823 tons of rebar basket, 5,000 tons of iron sponge and 20,000 tons of steel slab type C.
Agriculture floor: Offers 612,000 day-old chickens, 7,900 tons of sugar, 18,000 tons of wheat and 1,000 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 8,000 tons of colza and 8,450 tons of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 1,100 tons of rebar basket.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
