The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for May 15:
Export floor: Offers 10,710 tons of bitumen and 8,000 tons of saffron.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 185,317 tons of polymers, bitumen and vacuum bottom as well as sulphur and slack wax.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 10,000 tons of rebar basket and 7,896 tons of mixed rebar basket from Esfahan Steel Company.
Agriculture floor: Offers 331,000 day-old chickens, 6,550 tons of sugar, 23,500 tons of wheat, and 1,500 tons of crude vegetable oil and 1,000 tons of date.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 1,000 tons of palm oil and 300 tons of sugar.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
