The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for May 26:
Export floor: Offers 2,038 tons of bitumen and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 149,634 tons of bitumen, lube cut oil, vacuum bottom, chemicals, polymers, slaps wax and sulfur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 5,000 tons of sponge iron.
Agriculture floor: Offers 45,000 day-old chickens, 3,150 tons of sugar and 5,000 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 14,500 tons of wheat and 1,600 tons of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 210 tons of powder milk, 660 tons of polyester yarn of grade A and 300 tons of sugar.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
