Tehran Stock Exchange performance on June 18

Trend:

The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) increased by 2,081.12 points (2.03 percent) to end the trades at 104,533.5 on June 18.

According to the TSE official website, about 2,551 million shares, valued at $168 million were traded for the day.

The trading value registered a rise by 20 percent, while the volume increased by 40.2 percent compared to the preceding day.

The Price Index (TEPIX) increased by 639.36 points (2.03 percent) to post 32,114.8.

The First Market Price and dividend index - TEDPIX (FM) increased by 1,761.47 points (2.38 percent) to 75,868.5.

The Second Market Price and dividend index - TEDPIX (SM) increased by 2,935.03 points (1.39 percent) to post 213,979.

The Industry Index increased by 1,978.28 points (2.14 percent) to post 94,346.8.

TSE 30 Index gained 136.61 points (2.79 percent) to close at 5,038.5.

TSE 50 Index increased by 101.83 points (2.35 percent) to end at 4,426.7.

Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company (CMIC), Mobarakeh Steel Company, Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, Tamin Petroleum & Petrochemical Investment Co. (TAPPICO), Persian Gulf Petrochemical Company, Khouzestan Steel Company and Jam Petrochemical Company were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the TSE index.

Meanwhile, Tehran Oil Refining Company, Iran Telecommunication Company, Iran Khodro, Pakshoo Industrial Group and Tabriz Oil Refining Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
