The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) increased by 2,659.92 points (2.43 percent) to end the trades at 112,061.3 on June 24.
According to the TSE official website, about 2,649 million shares, valued at $181 million were traded for the day.
The trading value registered a rise by 52 percent, while the volume increased by 62.7 percent compared to the preceding day.
The Price Index (TEPIX) increased by 813.09 points (2.43 percent) to post 34,258.3.
The First Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (FM) increased by 2,432.68 points (3.04 percent) to 82,383.9.
The Second Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (SM) increased by 2,804.12 points (1.27 percent) to post 223,843.1.
The Industry Index increased by 2,591.93 points (2.62 percent) to post 101,558.5.
TSE 30 Index gained 191.96 points (3.60 percent) to close at 5,522.
TSE 50 Index increased by 131.52 points (2.82 percent) to end at 4,787.4.
Mobarakeh Steel Company, Khouzestan Steel Company, National Iranian Copper Industries Company, Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, Tamin Petroleum & Petrochemical Investment Company (TAPPICO), Persian Gulf Petrochemical Company were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran, Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Saman Electronic Payment (SEP), Pars Oil Company and Iranian Investment Petrochemical Group Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
