Since the beginning of this Iranian year (started on March 21, 2018), 102 investors have been attracted to Iran’s Qazvin province, Executive Director of Iran's Industrial Parks Company of Qazvin province, Hamidreza Khanpur, said.
Investors will work to establish production facilities in industrial parks, Khanpur added, Trend reports referring to IRNA.
Khanpur added that 98 hectares of land were allocated to investors in industrial parks.
After the implementation of the investment projects, 2,900 people will be employed, he said.
Khanpur added that 26,000 people have been already provided with jobs in 887 production facilities in the industrial park of Qazvin province.
He said that 23.5 trillion rials (about $559 million) were invested in these projects.
There are one industrial town, 13 industrial parks and 16 industrial enterprises in Qazvin province.
