Iran’s gas production, exports, imports figures for last month revealed

In the second month (April 20 - May 21) of this Iranian year (started on March 21, 2019), daily gas production in Iran amounted to 707.2 million cubic meters, Trend reports with reference to Gas Management Department of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC).

In the reporting period, Iran exported 25.2 million cubic meters of gas per day, which indicates decline by 11.4 percent.

In the second month, Iran imported 1 million cubic meters of gas per day. According to the report, Iran’s gas imports dropped by 81.4 percent compared to the same period last year.
