The Pars Khodro Company's performance statistics show the production of 41,671 vehicles from the beginning of the current year (started on March 20) to the mid-August and which is an increase of 6.45 percent compared to the same period last year, Trend reports citing IRNA
According to the statistics, by the mid-August, 2,751 vehicles in the Renault group, 2,119 vehicles in the Brilliance group, 23,703 vehicles in the X100 group (KIA Pride), 12,126 vehicles in the Q200 group (Quick), as well as 730 vehicles in the S200 group (Saina) and 242 ordinary Quick cars were manufactured in this company.
Meanwhile, for the first time in the past few years, the production of KIA Pride equaled zero since mid-July.
According to the decision of the High Council of Standards, the production of the Pride car was stopped due to the inability to meet 85 different standards.
