TEHRAN, Iran, May 13. Iran is seeking a way to have its startups and knowledge-based companies cooperate with Russia, said Iran's vice president for science and technology Sorena Sattari, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
Sattari made the remark at the 11th International Innovation and Technology Exhibition - INOTEX.
The official pointed out that the sides are looking to strengthen cooperation in such sectors as agriculture, medicine, and medical equipment.
"Russia has a good market and potential for cooperation with Iran knowledge-based companies," he said.
Sattari said Iran's officials have already held negotiations with the Russians, regarding technical communication on the mentioned sectors.
