IAEA observers will arrive in Iran on October 25 to control a new uranium enrichment plant built in Kum, Mehr agency said.
Head of Iranian Atomic Energy Organization Ali Akbar Salehi said that the second uranium enrichment plant can be controlled within the nearest weeks, IAEA director general Mohamed ElBaradei said at a press-conference on October 4.
Salehi said that Iran informed IAEA about construction of a plant a year ago.
The second uranium enrichment plant near Iranian town of Kum is designed for deployment of 3,000 centrifuges.
