A new round of "Six" international mediators at the level of political directors and Iran will be held until December 20, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov was quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.
"The meeting will certainly take place before the New Year," he said. "The meeting will not be held in Vienna. I think the meeting will be held until December 20. The issue will be resolved soon."
"Catherine Ashton will act as a special adviser and continue to coordinate," he said.
"Mrs. Mogherini intends to personally participate in the ministerial meetings," he said.
"All this, in our opinion, demonstrates the determination not to lose tempo and dynamics," he said. "As before, we will be involved in this process with full responsibility."
