Iran is against interference in Yemen's affairs by any country, RIA Novosti quoted the deputy foreign minister of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian as saying on March 26.
"We condemn the foreign interference in Yemen's affairs by any country - Iran, Saudi Arabia, the US," he said at a press conference held at the Russia Today news agency.
"Yemen belongs to all Yemenis," he said, adding that the political way out of the situation means that all the groups have come to an agreement.
A coalition including Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states earlier launched a military operation in Yemen against the Houthi insurgents controlling most of that country.
