Iran will open its doors to the world, in order to pave path for development, the Islamic Republic President Hassan Rouhani said.

Next month Iran's gates will be opened to the world in terms of economy as the international sanctions are removed, Rouhani said, during his speech in Iran's central city of Rey on Dec. 23, IRINN TV reported.

"We are in the final stages for implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)," the Iranian president added.

Under the JCPOA deal reached between Iran and the P5+1(the US, France, Britain, Germany, China, and Russia) last July, sanctions against Tehran will be lifted in exchange for restrictions on its nuclear activities. The IAEA has been given the role of verifying Iran's commitments under the deal.

Rouhani further said that despite the desire of the hardliners in the US, Israel and some "reactionary" countries in the region the nuclear deal will be implemented.

He also said that Iran is facing an international "plot" which keeps the oil price low.

The oil price has fallen as a result of a political "plot" by global powers as well as certain regional powers, Rouhani said, adding that the Islamic Republic will overcome the "plot" and will continue its development.

The Islamic Republic officials, including Rouhani, have argued on numerous occasions that the oil price fall is a political issue rather than economical.

The Iranian president also said that the government has decreased the reliance on oil to 25 percent in the budget bill for March 2016-2017.

The Iranian government spokesman and head of the Management and Planning Organization Mohammad Baqer Nobakht said Dec 22 that oil revenues are forecasted to share 660 trillion rials (about $22 billion) from 2.67 quadrillion rials ($89 billion) of total incomes in the budget bill for March 2016-2017.
