Mohsen Rezaee, who is the secretary of Iran’s Expediency Council, has been given a new position at a military academy.
Rezaee, who used to be the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps’ commander during the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s and after, has been appointed as head of the committee of theorizing, criticism, and polemic seats of the Supreme National Defense University of Iran, Mehr news agency reported October 16.
According to a verdict appointing Rezaee to the position, he will oversee theorizing sessions attended by critics and arbiters, make plans for theorizing discourses in defense and security fields, oversee the evaluation of scientific proposals at the university, etc.
