The earthquake measuring 3.7 occurred near Murmuri city, Ilam province, western Iran at 5:15 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) on January 16, Iran's news agency IRNA reported Jan. 16.
There is no information about the destruction and injured people.
The earthquake measuring 6.2 occurred in Murmuri city in August of 2014. Around 260 people were injured.
Moreover, a half of the houses of the city were damaged as a result of the earthquake.
