An F-7 jet trainer of Iran's army crashed in a desert in the country's central part on Apr. 27, IRNA news agency reported.
According to military sources, the trainer jet crashed due to technical problem near the city of Naein in Isfahan province.
The aircraft's pilot and co-pilot, who managed to bale out, are in safety now.
The trainer jet belonged to an air force base at the central city of Isfahan.
