Iraq is on the verge of civil war and led by the regime of Al-Maliki, TRT Haber quoted Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying on Wednesday.
Erdogan also expressed concern that the conflicts inside Iraq could escalate into an ethnic war.
Previously it was reported that clashes took place between Iraqi government forces and armed groups of the Kurdish autonomy resulting in the deaths of 12 Iraqi soldiers and one civilian.
The collision occurred near the town of Tikrit, which is under the control of the central government.
It was caused under the order of head of the Kurdish administration Masoud Barzani not to let the troops of central government on to the territory of the autonomy.
