He said that now even more intense and more uncertain phase in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict begins.
"The activity of the OSCE Minsk Group has made inevitable the war in Nagorno-Karabakh. Co-chairmen led Armenia and Azerbaijan to the battlefield. It is only necessary to give a signal to begin it," he said.
In conclusion, political scientist said that Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Nagorno-Karabakh must solve the status of Nagorno-Karabakh and its future together.
"Even if Azerbaijan does not officially suspend the talks, it must break relations with the OSCE Minsk Group," he said.
