Kazatomprom set to sell 100% stake in three daughter companies

The Kazakh state nuclear company Kazatomprom announced package sale of 100% stake in the charter capitals of Astana Solar LLP, Kazakhstan Solar Silicon LLP and MK KazSilicon LLP.

The tender documentation and Notice to the open two-stage tender are posted on the web portal of NAC Kazatomprom JSC (www.kazatomprom.kz).

The starting price, requested for 100% of the block of shares in the charter capitals of the three companies is little above 18,277 billion tenge.

Tender: Kazatomprom selling its stake in Caustic JSC

Kazakhstan’s National Atomic Company Kazatomprom said on its website that it announces an open tender for sale of 40 percent of its stake in Caustic JSC.

The starting price requested for the 40 percent stake is 4.088 billion tenges ($11.89 million as of Oct. 6).

Iran to hold tender for metro line construction

Iran’s Shiraz city Municipality (Shiraz Urban Railway Organization) intends to award Line 2 project of Shiraz Metro to the companies qualified by Iran Planning & Management Organization through an international tender.
