Ilham Aliyev decrees to establish Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC.

President Aliyev also decreed to appoint Natig Amirov as Chairman of Supervisory Board at the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation and Kamran Nabizade as Director General of the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation.

Funds allocated for reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems in Shamkir city

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on additional measures to continue the implementation of the water supply and sewerage system reconstruction project in Azerbaijan’s Shamkir city.

According to the order, 10.1 million manat out of the funds envisaged in the presidential decree on "On Azerbaijani state budget for 2017" dated December 27, 2016 will be allocated to Azersu OJSC to continue the reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage systems in Shamkir city.

The country’s Ministry of Finance has been charged with providing finds in the amount envisaged in the order. The Cabinet of Ministers has been charged with resolving the issues arising from the order.

Ilham Aliyev decrees to allocate funds to Azerbaijan Chess Federation

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree allocating 1 million manats to the Azerbaijan Chess Federation after the victory of the country's chess players at the European Team Chess Championship.

The president's decree says the Azerbaijani men's chess team, representing the country with dignity at the European Team Chess Championship on the Greek island of Crete, gained a victory there. Taking into account that Azerbaijan’s chess team became the triple champion of Europe and its merits in the development of chess in Azerbaijan, 1 million manats envisaged in the 2017 state budget will be allocated from the president’s reserve fund to the Azerbaijan Chess Federation.
