The Armenian parliament postponed voting on the bill on the recognition of the self-proclaimed Nagorno Karabakh Republic, proposed by the opposition parliamentary faction Heritage.
Heritage Party's representative Raffi Hovannisian voiced a proposal to postpone the voting until Dec.9, Novosti-Armenia reported.
