The delegations of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) and Armenia's ruling coalition began their 4th meeting at the Reception Palace of the RA Government, at noon, Aug. 9, Tert.am reported.
The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) representative Naira Zohrabyan is not participating in the meeting. She is on holiday.
The delegations are to hold biweekly meetings - on Tuesday and Friday each week. Two issues - one raised by each side - are on the meeting agenda.
At the last meeting the ANC demanded that the second issue be discussed only after the first had been settled.
