(ArmInfo) - The First Lady of Georgia, Sandra Roelofs, who arrived in Armenia, has visited the Yerevan Brandy Company today.
During the visit, the Director General of YBC, Erve Karof, introduced the history of brandy production in Armenia to the guest. He noted the Company celebrates its 120th anniversary this year. Sandra Roelofs was gifted an "Erebuni" brandy with 25 years of ripening, reports Trend.
The members of the Georgian delegation, who accompanied the First Lady, noted the "high class" of the Armenian brandy and its demand in the Georgian market. The "Pernod Ricard" has its daughter enterprise in Telyavi (Georgia). According to Erve Karof, the annual consumption of the Armenian brandy in Georgia is growing.
