Georgia, Tbilisi / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Gia Maisashvili, the leader of Party of Future, intends to participate in the presidential elections in Georgia. "I am planning to participate in the elections and win," Maisashvili said.
"I am preparing to the elections a long and prepared to defeat Mikhail Saakashvili [the current Georgian President] on the elections due on 5 January 2008," he said. Maisashvili considers that his victory will launch a new era in Georgia.
