Ingiloids Boycott Upcoming Presidential Elections in Georgia

Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / Ingiloids residing in the village of Samtatskaro of the region of Kakhetia are to boycott the presidential elections in Georgia, the Human Rights Centre reported.

The reason for the protest is because of the order of the Government to close the bridge, which connects the village with Azerbaijan. The ingiloids residing in the area have not been able to visit their relatives residing in Azerbaijan for the last two years.

The reason for the closure of the bridge has not been announced. The residents of the village will gather in front of the bridge to protest.
