(Prime-News) - Attorney Soso Baratashvili is summoned to Tbilisi city court to be handed an order on release of "Imedi" TV Company assets at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Baratashvili told Prime-News about that and noted that the decision of the court is positive.
At the same time Bidzina Baratashvili, Director General of the TV Company "Imedi", told Prime-News that he is not informed about release of Company's assets yet. According to him, they are waiting for the decision of the court on Thursday morning.
He also noted that technical personnel had not entered building of the company yet.
