Georgia, Tbilisi, 18 January / Тrend corr N. Kirtskhalia / This year the GDP is expected to increase by at least 6%, the Georgian Finance Minister Nika Gilauri said. "Though in budget calculations it is 6%, I expect the figure to be higher," he said.
According to the Minister, in recent years the GDP growth was as following: 9.6% in 2005, 9.4% in 2006, and 12% in 2007.
In 2007, face GDP constituted $2,300 per capita.
