Georgia, Tbilisi, 19 January/ corr Trend N. Kirtskhalia/ The Labour Party does not see Mikhail Saakashvili as a legitimate president of Georgia. Georgi Gugava, the executive secretary of the Labour Party stated in a briefing.
All the leaders of the party took part in the press conference except chairman Shalva Natelashvili who is in the hospital as a result of ischemia fit in the heart. "We announce disobedience within the framework of the measures allowed by the Georgian Constitution since Saakashvili became president as a result of the falsification of the election outcomes," Gugava said.
