Georgia, Tbilisi, 12 March / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ German Chancellor Angela Merkel's doubts about Georgia do not regard non-presentation of NATO MAP (membership action plan) to the country, but regard the readiness for joining NATO, Georgian Foreign Minister David Bakradze said to journalists in Tbilisi on 12 March.

Recently, Merkel voiced her doubts about Georgia's readiness for joining the NATO.

"Presentation of the NATO MAP to Georgia is an open process and the decision will be made by the member countries of organization," Bakradze said.

"There are NATO countries which openly support Georgia. And there are countries which do not agree, we are working with them. We still have time till the Bucharest summit," Bakradze said.
