Conference on Planning of Joint Georgian-British Military Training Begins in Tbilisi Today

Georgia, Tbilisi, 21 April / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ The Georgian Express 2008 conference devoted to the planning of Georgian-British joint training has commenced at the Georgian Defence Ministry on 21 April. According to the Defence Ministry, the training which will involve 160 Georgian and British servicemen will take place in Georgia in September.

The conference will last 4 days and the parties will discuss the details of the training, namely its duration, scale and venue. This will be the third joint Georgian-British training session: Georgian Express was held in Georgia in 2004 and 2007.
