Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ On 23 April, PACE Monitoring Group's delegation arrived in Tbilisi for a 3-day visit. According to the CE Tbilisi Office, the delegation will get acquainted with the pre-election situation in Georgia.
The delegation headed by PACE co-rapporteur on Georgia Matias Iorsh includes Andreas Herkel, Kastriot Islami and Azerbaijani Ganira Pashayeva. It is the second time that the PACE is visiting Georgia.
The delegation will meet with President, Speaker, Chairman of Supreme Court, Chairman of Central Election Committee, and representatives of parliamentary opposition, civil society and mass media.
On 25 April at about 6.30pm, the delegation will hold a press conference in the CE Office.
