Georgia, Tbilisi /corr Trend N. Kirtskhalia/ Georgia blames Russia of its destructive position during the discussions on 20thApril incident in Abkhazia at the OSCE. "The Russian delegation ignored fully the materials presented by Georgia and once again showed their destructive position at the hearings held within the OSCE Vienna format," Victor Dolidze, the Georgian Ambassador to OSCE, told to journalists.

Hearings regarding the 20thApril incident, when the Russian military airplane shot down an unmanned Georgian airplane involved in collecting intelligence information, were held at the OSCE on 4 June. The UN experts also confirmed the shot down of an unmanned Georgian aerial reconnaissance vehicle by a Russian military airplane with the missile.

During the hearings, Russia denied all information urging its involvement in this incident and stated that Georgia did not present records of the shot down airplane, made during the shooting and submitted to the Georgian military base.

"It is a pack of lies. We presented all the necessary data in these documents, but Russia ignored our concerns over this incident," Dolidze said. He noted that Russia's destructive position was displayed openly at the hearings with the third countries experts' participation.
