Nino Burjanadze, the former parliamentary chairperson, said she had no plans to run for a majoritarian MP, reported Civil Georgia.
"I have no desire to run for the majoritarian MP and to hold any post. My priority now is the [planned] Foundation," Burjanadze said in an interview with Rustavi 2 TV.
The full version of the interview will be aired late on June 21.
By-elections will be held this autumn in the Tbilisi's two single-mandate constituencies - Didube and Vake - after two majoritarian MPs from the New Rights Party, Davit Saganelidze and Davit Gamkrelidze, from those constituencies, renounced their MP mandates.
