Georgia, Tbilisi, 1 August / corr. Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Monitoring of Edisi-Tzkhinvali's central water passage was held on 1 August. Moreover, at Tbilisi's demand, the whole pipeline will be examined ranging from Andisi reservoir to main reservoir, but not the only section passing over the territory, which is under South Ossetia administration's control.
This decision was taken at a working meeting of representatives of the administration and specialists of both sides, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and joint peacekeeping forces on 1 August.
Summer water crisis is observed in Tzkhinvali every year and Kokoyta's regime could solve this problem long ago. Means of the OSCE donor program was envisaged for it. However, Eduard Kokoyta's officials cleaned out this amount.
