Georgia, Tbilisi, 25 October / Trend corr. N.Kirtzkhalia / Georgian will not be named as an organizer of a military aggression in South Ossetia, the Georgian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Tkeshelashvili said during hearings of a temporary commission for investigation of the August developments. Georgia has an evidence that military actions have not been commenced by Georgia on 7 August, the Minister said.

"We are collecting materials and prepared to submit them to the international investigation commission, which establishment we offer and support. The Georgian President offered to establish a commission on 17 August," she stated.

At present, Europe's opinion, which states that Georgian began a conflict and Russian answered inadequately with exceeding forces, is a consequence of lack of information on this matter, Tkeshelashvili stated. "In accordance with all existing agreements and conventions, Russia is an unambiguously occupant and is responsible for the territory, where it supervise over a situation," she said.

Russia will be responsible for not only violation of citizens' rights, but also dispatching band formations from the territory, which is under its control, the Georgina Foreign Minister stressed.
