Georgia, Tbilisi, July 20 /Trend, N.Kirtskhalia/ President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili held enlightenment work among the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers today. Angered by the work of the former economy minister Zurab Pololikashvili, he told the ministers that "will not tolerate slackers and people who give runaround to investors and do not make decisions."

"We have delegated a lot of rights to ministers and departments, and be kind enough to make independent decisions, rather than pretending that you can nothing," the president said, explaining that because of Pololikashvili and his deputy, Grigol Gobejishvili, country almost did not lose investments of $9 million just because the deputy minister sent a reply to the investor only three months after he received a letter from the investor.

"I also intend to check the ministry for the presence of relatives of ministers there. We need young, active patriots and professionals," Saakashvili said.

According to Saakashvili, these two qualities are necessary for officials, and not smoke and sharpen fritters at their offices.
