International exercises in Georgia focus on preventing sea disasters

Special trainings began near Batumi today as part of the Bucharest Convention for Prevention of Sea Disasters in Georgia's Black Sea.
According to the Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry, the exercises will be attended by representatives of the Black Sea basin countries. Such classes are held in the Black Sea region twice a year. This will be the first time that they will be held in Georgia.
The Swedish International Development Agency, a "Green" movement, and a group of international experts are monitoring the exercises.
