Czech Republic will support Georgia's integration into NATO at the Chicago alliance summit in 2012, Georgia’s Prime Minister Nika Gilauri told Georgian journalists after meeting with his Czech counterpart Petr Necas.

Czech Republic will support Georgia's integration into NATO at the Chicago alliance summit in 2012, Georgia's Prime Minister Nika Gilauri told Georgian journalists after meeting with his Czech counterpart Petr Necas.

"Czech Prime Minister praised Georgia's achievements on the path of integration in NATO," Gilauri stressed.

Georgian Prime Minister noted that the Czech Republic "has a strong support" of Georgia in the integration in the EU. "I mean the Czech Republic's support in preparing an agreement on free trade, liberalizing the visa posts, implementing future activities on European integration of Georgia," Gilauri said.

The Georgian PM also met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Karel Schwarzenberg. The meeting focused on bilateral relations and deepening of Georgia integration into NATO and the EU.
