Great Britain will retrain Georgian pilots and sailors, Georgian Economy and Sustainable Development Minister Vera Kobalia told Georgian journalists in London.

This statement was made after a meeting with British Transport Minister Justine Greening.

"We agreed that our pilots and sailors will be retrained in Great Britain," Kobalia said. "Afterwards, their qualifications will meet all international standards and they can work on the development of Georgia's transport system. This is a very important practical result

Greening said after the meeting that Great Britain has great experience in these areas and can share it with Georgia. "We are ready to retrain Georgian specialists. This will help Georgia in the development of the industry," he said.
