The Adjarian government has put the government's 100 per cent share of the autonomy in the 'Flora 2009' company for electronic auction.
According to the auction, the investor is required to begin within six months after concluding the contract and to complete providing sapling planting units with the necessary means for planting decorative and other plants during 48 months in the 25,004 square metres owned by the company. The person is also obliged to use the purchased land area only for agricultural purposes for 20 years and to build only agricultural facilities there.
The starting price is 145 lari and the auction will take place on August 27.
