Georgian Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister resigns

Georgian Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Ramaz Nikolaishvili has left his office. According to the press service of the ministry, he resigned voluntarily.
The ministry's first deputy head Jambul Bakuradze will be acting minister.
Nikolaishvili's resignation is associated with the elections to the Parliament of Georgia.
The ruling National Movement is going to nominate candidacy of Nikolaishvili as the majority candidate in Ozurgeti (Guria region, Western Georgia).
Parliamentary elections in Georgia will be held on October 1.
