Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili acquainted with the details of the construction of a new grand hotel complex in Anaklia. The construction will be funded by Indian investment.
In this regard an agreement was signed between the group of Indian businessmen and the Ministry of Economy of Georgia. As reported by Economy Minister Vera Kobalia, Indian businessmen show confidence in the Georgian side and invest$10 million in the construction of a hotel complex.
Anaklia is the place where there is a necessity to develop such an infrastructure, Saakashvili said, noting the importance of the project. He added that the construction of Lasik has already begun and there will be 11 different hotels in Ankalia.
Saakashvili noted that the construction of a new hotel complex will begin in Anaklia in October. Several hundred people will work on the construction.
There will be 150 people working in the complex after the opening.
