The Tbilisi State University students on Monday held a large-scale campaign.
Monday morning activists of free student association "Lab 1918" held a rally and protested against the dismissal of university professors.
According to students, lecturers released for political reasons. They also demand the abolition of the Board of Regents and equipping training facilities. They have called for the autonomy of the university.
According to the protesters, students pay a high price with low level of education.
Participants of the rally also protested against the appointment to the post of Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Andro Barnov, motivated by the fact that he is a former official.
"We do not need a former deputy defense minister," - the students chanted.
They do not rule out to rollover their shares if their demands will not meet.
