Former Minister of Defence and Internal Affairs of Georgia Bacho Akhalaia arrived in Prosecutor's office of Georgia for questioning. Akhalaia arrived at the prosecutor's office without a lawyer.
Akhalaia answered journalists' questions before entering into the building of the Prosecutor's office. He confirmed the willingness to answer all the questions.
General Prosecutor's office began an investigation under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which includes 5-8 years of imprisonment for abuse of power.
Akhalaia was summoned to Prosecutor's office for questioning as a witness, Archil Kbilashvili stated at the press conference. Kbilashvili refused to specify details.
