OJSC "Inter RAO UES" has replaced general director of JSC "Telasi" - electricity distribution company in Georgia. According to Georgian media, acting CEO of company was appointed Devi Kandelaki.
Till that time Devi Kandelaki served as CEO of "Mtkvari Energy", JSC "Hrami HPP-1" JSC and " Hrami HPP-2" (the generation assets "Inter RAO UES" in Georgia.)
Former CEO "Telasi" Ashot Manukyan retains position of general manager of the Hrazdan thermal power plant in Armenia.
"Inter RAO UES" is the owner of 75 percent of the shares of "Telasi" - Tbilisi electricity distribution company since August 2003. The remaining 25 percent of shares owned by the state of Georgia.
