By Nana Kirtzkhalia -Trend: Irakli Garibashvili, whose candidacy was presented for the post of Prime Minister of Georgia, paid a visit to France as Interior Minister of the country.
As the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on Monday, within the framework of the visit Garibashvili is to meet with the French Interior Minister Manuel Waltz. The sides will discuss bilateral cooperation and prospects of its development.
According to the statement, also during the Garibashvili's visit it is planned to sign an agreement between Georgia and France on circular migration which will help to aid legal migration and provide additional employment opportunities for Georgian migrants in France.
According to the statement, in addition, the Georgian Interior Minister is to meet with the French Minister for European Affairs Thierry Repentin.
