U.S. government’s programme supporting Georgia’s economic development extended

The U.S. government's programme on supporting the development of the economic opportunities and infrastructure of Georgia will be extended for three years.
Parliament is considering changes No 3 to the agreement on assistance between the U.S. and Georgia to improve the infrastructure and economic opportunities and support for internally displaced persons submitted by the president for ratification.
This agreement envisages the extension of the project deadline until September 30, 2017. Moreover, USAID grant amount increases from $109,560,599 to $124,633,774.
