The issues of cooperation and the prospects for their intensive development have been discussed during the meeting between the Georgian Minister of Finances, Nodar Khaduri and IMF executive director for Dutch and Belgium group of countries, Menno Snel.
The meeting was held within the framework of the working visit of the Georgian minister to the United States.
The parties reiterated the importance of deepening the partnership between Georgia and the international financial institution.
Snel expressed confidence that Georgia will reach planned economic growth indicator as all the prerequisites exist in this regard.
During the visit, the Minister of Finance of Georgia participated in the annual spring meeting of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which was opened on April 11.
