Geneva will host on July 8 discussion of a report on Georgian government's compliance with the requirements of the UN Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).

The discussions will be attended by the Vice-Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Chairman of the Gender Equality Council Manana Kobakhidze, the council member Guguli Magradze and head of the parliament's European Integration Committee Viktor Dolidze, the parliament's press service said on July 8.

Manana Kobakhidze will deliver a report on the situation in this area in Georgia.
